I am truly lucky to be doing what I love. I’ve been in the cleaning industry for 15 years and carpet cleaning for 5 years and found something hugely lacking, there was no or little training and also anyone can set up a carpet cleaning business and call themselves an experienced carpet cleaner. It took me some time to find a training organisation that would cover all the aspects of carpet cleaning and came with a qualification. I enrolled at Jena Dyco International in Melbourne and sat the Carpet Cleaning and Intensive Stain Removal course. There is a lot of carpet cleaners out there that don’t know what they are doing and giving bad advice and yes even some the guys who have been doing this for 20 years. Some want you to be impressed by their expensive machine if it’s the latest on the market, but it’s not the machine, it’s the operator! If the operator doesn’t know anything about identifying fires and what to look for with Wool, Nylon & Polypropylene etc for example it’s not good. This is where carpet can get destroyed and the home owner is left with a large bill. Also hiring a cheap carpet cleaner, damages don’t happen overnight and will take a little time to come up and be noticeable and they are long gone. Good luck getting them back and them ever knowing what they have done and fixing it. If you are wanting someone you can trust give me a call and I will come and assess your carpet. I give free quote/assessments. Call 0458 047 059
"Thank you Rebecca, for a great job. You turned my grubby carpet back into the elegant expanse it used to be. No-one else would come to me at Colbinabbin, but nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend Rebecca!
Even in the winter months don’t let that stop you from getting your carpets done. Drying time is between 5-10 hours here at Campaspe Carpet Cleaning. So many people have had bad experiences with some carpet cleaners leaving carpets wet for days and I know why this happens. On most machines there is a water pressure level and would have been set too high and the vacuum hasn’t had time to suck out the water and that is why your carpets have been so wet.
Even in winter as long as you have heating on that’s all that is needed to dry the carpet. You don’t need to wait for the warm weather.
